To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Solutions Marketing LLC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Subject to any applicable law that requires a different forum, you and Solutions Marketing LLC agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, or the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Rutherford County, Tennessee. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by sending a written description of the dispute to the contact information below and allowing at least thirty (30) days for a response. This informal-resolution requirement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused the Services, interfered with operations, or engaged in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful conduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending use does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms & Conditions, and any applicable promotion rules constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings concerning the same subject matter.
