Tactical Deal Finder is a property of Solutions Marketing LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services or submit personal information to us.

Important SMS privacy commitment: We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, text-message opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services. We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile telephone number.
  • Subscription and consent information, including whether you agreed to receive email or text messages, the date and time of consent, the page or form through which consent was provided, the consent language displayed, source or campaign information, and opt-out records.
  • Communications, including messages, questions, requests, feedback, and other information you send to us.
  • Promotion or giveaway information, such as information submitted in connection with a free resource, sweepstakes, contest, giveaway, survey, quiz, or similar promotion.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language settings, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, and interactions with forms, emails, and text-message links.
  • Cookie and similar technology data, including identifiers used for analytics, functionality, security, attribution, and measuring campaign performance.

Information received from other sources

We may receive information from service providers, analytics providers, advertising or attribution partners, communications platforms, data verification providers, and other parties that help us operate the Services. We may combine information received from these sources with information we collect directly, where permitted by law.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information through the Services unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information when you:

  • visit or interact with our website;
  • submit a form or request a free resource;
  • enter a giveaway, contest, quiz, survey, or promotion;
  • subscribe to email or text messages;
  • click a link in an email or text message;
  • contact us or request assistance; or
  • interact with a service provider that processes information for us.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • process subscriptions, requests, entries, and form submissions;
  • send requested resources, confirmations, administrative messages, and support responses;
  • send marketing, promotional, informational, or deal-related email and text messages when permitted by law and consistent with your consent;
  • personalize content and determine which offers or resources may be relevant;
  • measure website, email, text-message, and campaign performance;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • maintain records of consent, requests, opt-outs, and compliance activities;
  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and enforceable governmental requests;
  • enforce our terms, protect our rights, and protect the rights and safety of others; and
  • carry out any other purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent, the performance of a requested service, our legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Tactical Deal Finder, we may send recurring automated marketing, promotional, informational, giveaway, resource, and deal-related text messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for help. We may send a single confirmation message after an opt-out request. Additional program terms are available at tacticaldealfinder.com/sms-terms.

No mobile-data sharing for marketing: We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, text-message opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies even if another part of this Privacy Policy describes information sharing more generally.

We may disclose mobile information to vendors and service providers that act on our behalf and are necessary to operate the messaging program, such as SMS platforms, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention providers, and compliance vendors. These parties may use the information only to perform services for us or as required by law, and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We maintain records reasonably related to text-message consent and opt-out requests, which may include the mobile number, timestamp, source page, form version, consent language, IP address, user agent, and related transaction or campaign information. We use these records to administer the program, honor user choices, demonstrate consent, prevent unauthorized enrollment, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your use of text messaging is also subject to your carrier's terms and privacy practices.

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to email communications, request a resource, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send requested information, service messages, and marketing or promotional emails where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may continue to send non-promotional communications that are necessary to respond to a request, administer a promotion, document your preferences, or comply with law.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, link-tracking tools, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, measure campaign performance, attribute traffic, and improve content.

These technologies may be used for:

  • Essential functions, such as security and form operation;
  • Analytics, such as understanding visits and page performance;
  • Functionality, such as remembering preferences;
  • Attribution and advertising measurement, such as determining which campaign generated a visit or conversion.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Where required, we will provide additional cookie choices or consent tools.

Some browsers and devices offer a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") or similar opt-out preference signal. Where required by applicable law and where our systems can reasonably recognize the signal, we will treat a valid signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing activity for that browser or device.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers and contractors

We may disclose information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, data security, fraud prevention, customer support, legal services, and compliance support. They are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide services to us or as required by law.

Business and advertising partners

We may work with advertising, attribution, affiliate, and business partners to measure campaign performance, provide links to third-party offers, or understand whether a referred transaction occurred. Depending on the technology used, these parties may receive identifiers, click information, referring-page information, transaction identifiers, or similar data.

Mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and messaging consent are excluded from this disclosure and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Legal, safety, and compliance purposes

We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court order, governmental request, carrier requirement, or industry compliance obligation; to enforce agreements; to investigate fraud or security issues; or to protect our rights, property, safety, users, or others.

Business transfers

Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Any successor will be required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and the privacy commitments that apply to the transferred information.

With your direction or consent

We may disclose information for another purpose that is disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or text-message consent information. We also do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Certain analytics, advertising, or attribution practices may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may exercise the opt-out rights described below.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide the Services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, carrier, and regulatory requirements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected. Consent and opt-out records may be retained after you unsubscribe when reasonably necessary to document compliance and ensure that your preference continues to be honored.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, network, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using appropriate caution when sending information over the internet and for protecting any device or account you use to interact with the Services.
