$1,037 Ultimate Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes Official Rules

A. INITIAL MATTERS

1. The $1,037 Ultimate Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Solutions Marketing LLC, 1784 W Northfield Blvd #194, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129 ("Sponsor"). Tactical Deal Finder ("TDF") is a property of Solutions Marketing LLC.
2. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
4. Consent to receive marketing text messages or other promotional communications is not required to enter or win. Individuals who do not wish to join Tactical Deal Finder or consent to promotional text messages may enter through the free Alternate Method of Entry described in Section E.
5. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law.
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any manufacturer or brand whose products may appear in promotional images.

B. PRIZE

1. One (1) Prize will be awarded consisting of a cash prize in the amount of $1,037.00 USD.
2. The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is $1,037.00 USD.
3. Any outdoor, tactical, preparedness, camping, survival, or other gear appearing in advertisements, landing pages, images, or other promotional materials is shown for illustrative purposes only. The gear shown is not included in the Prize. The winner will receive $1,037 in cash.
4. Sponsor will determine the reasonable method of payment of the cash Prize, which may include payment by check or another lawful payment method.
5. The Prize may not be assigned or transferred by the potential winner prior to fulfillment.
6. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received through all permitted entry methods. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

C. ELIGIBILITY

1. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
2. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must have reached the age of legal majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
3. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and companies directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, together with members of their immediate families and persons residing in their households, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method.
5. Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, addresses, entry methods, or other means may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that entrant.
6. Winning is contingent upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

D. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

1. The Sweepstakes begins on September 2, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. Online entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry submissions must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than January 7, 2027.
4. Sponsor's computer and administrative records shall serve as the official timekeeping method for online entries.

E. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 -- Tactical Deal Finder Online Entry

1. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible individual may visit an authorized Tactical Deal Finder Sweepstakes entry page and complete the requested registration form.
2. The Tactical Deal Finder registration process includes the opportunity to join Tactical Deal Finder and consent to receive recurring promotional text messages. An eligible entrant who properly completes the online registration process will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
3. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Tactical Deal Finder text subscribers may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
4. Unsubscribing from Tactical Deal Finder promotional messages after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that Sweepstakes entry or reduce the entrant's chances of winning.

Method 2 -- Free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE")

1. To enter without joining Tactical Deal Finder, without consenting to promotional text messages, and without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a plain piece of paper or card:
   • Full legal name
   • Complete mailing address
   • Email address
   • Date of birth
   • The words: "$1,037 Ultimate Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes"
2. Place the entry in a stamped envelope and mail it to:
   $1,037 Ultimate Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes
   Solutions Marketing LLC
   1784 W Northfield Blvd #194
   Murfreesboro, TN 37129
3. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027.
4. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, bulk, or mass-produced entries are not permitted.
5. A valid mail-in entry receives exactly one (1) Sweepstakes entry and has the same odds of winning as an eligible online entry.
6. No telephone number, SMS consent, purchase, Tactical Deal Finder membership, or marketing consent is required to enter using the Alternate Method of Entry.

Regardless of entry method, the limit is one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes.

F. RANDOM DRAWING

1. On or about January 9, 2027, Sponsor or Sponsor's designated service provider will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through all permitted entry methods.
2. All qualifying entries, whether received through the Tactical Deal Finder online entry method or the Alternate Method of Entry, will be included in the same drawing and will have an equal chance of being selected.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

G. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

1. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email and/or telephone within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.
2. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and, where lawful, a publicity release.
3. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days after Sponsor's first attempted notification, fails to provide required documentation within the time requested, is determined to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified.
4. If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
5. Sponsor may conduct up to two (2) alternate drawings if necessary.
6. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize within approximately thirty (30) days following verification of the winner and completion of any required documentation.

H. WINNER LIST

1. Following verification of the winner, a winner list may be requested by emailing: greg@solutionsmarketingllc.com
2. Include "$1,037 Ultimate Outdoor Gear Sweepstakes Winner" in the subject line.
3. Winner-list requests should be received within sixty (60) days following verification of the winner.

I. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-OUT

1. Entrants using the Tactical Deal Finder online entry method may separately consent to receive recurring promotional text messages and other communications from Tactical Deal Finder.
2. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win because the free mail-in Alternate Method of Entry described in Section E is available.
3. Tactical Deal Finder text subscribers may opt out from future promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP.
4. Opting out of marketing communications after a valid Sweepstakes entry has been received will not cancel the entry, affect eligibility, or reduce the entrant's chances of winning.
5. Entrants receiving marketing email may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe instructions contained in those messages.
6. Sponsor may continue to contact an entrant regarding Sweepstakes administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, Prize fulfillment, or other non-promotional matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

J. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably determined to be tampering with the entry process, attempting to obtain entries fraudulently, interfering with operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or engaging in deceptive, abusive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
2. Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or otherwise non-conforming entries may be disqualified.
3. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries or communications resulting from technical failures, network failures, website errors, email delivery problems, telecommunications failures, postal delays, human error, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
4. If the operation, security, fairness, integrity, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired by fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, governmental action, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
5. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may, where lawful and appropriate, award the Prize through a random drawing from among eligible entries received before the event that caused termination.
6. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

K. TAXES

1. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes or other governmental charges resulting from acceptance of the Prize.
2. Sponsor may require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 or other documentation required by applicable law and may report the Prize to the appropriate taxing authorities when required.

L. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Solutions Marketing LLC, Tactical Deal Finder, their affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
2. Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants, users, tampering, hacking, equipment, software, programming, technical failures, or other causes outside their reasonable control.
3. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or waive any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable law.

M. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

1. Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or Prize will first be addressed through good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
3. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent the laws of another jurisdiction mandatorily apply.
4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tennessee.

N. PUBLICITY

1. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Tactical Deal Finder to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for lawful advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
2. Sponsor may require the winner to execute a reasonable publicity release where permitted by law.

O. PRIVACY AND TERMS

1. Personal information collected through Tactical Deal Finder in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Tactical Deal Finder Privacy Policy: https://tacticaldealfinder.com/privacy
2. Use of the Tactical Deal Finder website is also subject to the Tactical Deal Finder Terms & Conditions: https://tacticaldealfinder.com/terms
3. Tactical Deal Finder is a property of Solutions Marketing LLC.
4. If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and a general Tactical Deal Finder website term concerning administration of this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control with respect to the Sweepstakes.
